1. 運営者と対象
本ポリシーは、CentaurusAI（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルゲーム「emotoki」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 本アプリが端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況、コイン、アルバムの解放状況、設定、広告に関する選択、ローカル通知の設定を利用者の端末内に保存します。これらの情報は、通常、当方のサーバーへ送信されません。
3. 広告サービスが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、広告配信のためにUnity LevelPlayおよびUnity Adsを使用します。これらのSDKと、LevelPlayを通じて広告を配信する事業者は、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、セキュリティ、分析およびアプリ機能の提供を目的として、次の情報を収集または第三者と共有する場合があります。
- IPアドレス等から推定されるおおよその位置情報
- 広告ID、端末IDその他の識別子
- 広告の表示、閲覧、タップ、報酬受領などの広告操作情報
- アプリの利用状況、クラッシュログ、診断情報および性能情報
- SDKの仕様または広告配信設定に応じた個人識別子および購入関連情報
本アプリは、広告に関する利用者の選択を端末内に保存します。利用者が広告利用を許可した場合に限り広告機能を解放し、対応する同意情報を広告SDKへ設定します。利用者が許可しない場合、広告SDKは初期化されず、本アプリ内に広告は表示されません。

4. 本アプリが要求しない情報・権限
本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。当方はゲーム進行のために、氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、正確な位置情報、カメラまたはマイクへのアクセスを要求しません。
5. 通知
利用者が有効にした場合、本アプリはデイリーパズルのリマインダーを端末上のローカル通知として予約します。通知は端末の設定または本アプリの設定から無効にできます。
6. 保存期間と削除
端末内のゲームデータは、本アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールにより削除できます。広告サービスが保持する情報の保存期間と削除手続は、各サービスの方針に従います。Unityに対するプライバシー上の請求は、Unityのプライバシー請求ページから行うことができます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の利用者は、保護者の許可なく本アプリを利用しないでください。
8. 国外での処理
広告サービスが取り扱う情報は、利用者の居住国以外の国または地域で処理される場合があります。各事業者は、適用される法令と自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。
9. 変更
本アプリの機能、使用するSDKまたは法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Operator and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “emotoki” (the “App”) provided by CentaurusAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores game progress, coin balance, album unlocks, settings, advertising choices, and local-notification settings on your device. This information is not normally sent to our servers.
3. Information processed by advertising services
The App uses Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. These SDKs and advertising providers serving ads through LevelPlay may collect or share the following information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and app functionality:
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address or similar data
- Advertising IDs, device IDs, and other identifiers
- Ad impressions, views, taps, rewards, and other ad interactions
- App activity, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
- Personal identifiers and purchase-related information where processed by the SDK or enabled configuration
The App stores your advertising choice on your device. Advertising features are unlocked and the corresponding consent signal is passed to the advertising SDK only if you allow ads. If you decline, the advertising SDK is not initialized and the App does not display ads.

4. Information and permissions not required
No account is required to use the App. We do not request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone for gameplay.
5. Notifications
If enabled, the App schedules daily-puzzle reminders as local notifications on your device. You can disable them in the App or device settings.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete locally stored game data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App. Data retained by advertising providers is subject to their retention and deletion policies. Privacy requests to Unity can be made through its privacy request page.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 should not use the App without permission from a parent or guardian.
8. International processing
Information processed by advertising services may be processed in countries or regions outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law and each provider’s privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy when the App, its SDKs, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
